Who is Lazar?
Lazar is a successful business owner, author of publications, and inventor, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Zen Harmony Studio.
In May 2022, Lazar officially started researching wellness and spiritual development. He studied the work of native Indians, Christianity, Hebrew, and Hindu practitioners. He followed closely the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, a front leader in this field.
In May 2024, Lazar started Zen Harmony Studio-Wellness center, a Division of Alfa Team Electrical Contractors LLC , to raise awareness of meditation and healthy lifestyles. He secured a 3,000 sf building for research, practice, and development in Winsted, Connecticut.
Lazar invented the Fibonacci Sequence Meditation Chamber (U.S. patent pending) and harmonizing devices, applying his knowledge as a Master electrician. This is the point where science and spirituality meet.
He started dancing, founded his dance studio, “RIO,” and became a Republican/European champion dancer. His dance students became champions for many years. He also founded and edited Dance Sport Magazine.
At 21, Lazar started his first company to import/export natural herb products and traveled extensively for business in Europe.
He graduated second in his class from the University of Economics with a master’s degree. He also served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged with several awards for distinctive service. He graduated from technical school in 1989 then became a Master Electrician.
In July 1999, Lazar started doing business in New York, attending the World Business Expo at Jacob Javits Center. Parallel to this, he moved to Connecticut, graduated first in class from Trade School, got his Master Electrician license, and started Alfa Team Electrical Contractors, LLC.
In 2007, he became a Licensed General Contractor. Around that time, he also became a professional stock and options trader in a hedge fund, where he still trades today.
He currently teaches in two colleges where he educates his students in various objects.

Lazar's Spiritual Path
Lazar was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, into a family with his father, an engineer, and his mother, a Doctor of Science. At an early age, he showed spiritual interests. Just by looking at a photo, he could tell his classmates if that was a good choice for a girlfriend or boyfriend.
Bulgaria has been a hot spot of activity. Most notably Egyptian pharaoh Bastet was buried there, you have Vanga-the clairvoyant prophet, many Saints and also UFO phenomena.
Lazar has found Egyptian porcelain engraved scarabaei (beetle) and experienced its power. He likes to observe and be in nature, and circa 1991, that led him to the Carlos Castaneda manuscript. He is currently working on it to get into the studio’s official channel and social media.
He frequently attended services at the Christian cathedral “Aleksander Nevski”, where miracles have happened and where it is believed Jesus was seen.
A series of health conditions (pre-cardio, pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, and insulin resistance) put Lazar on exploring the path of mindfulness and a healthy lifestyle. He approached the issue with the mind of a scholar and general contractor’s methodology.
Lazar spent years researching. He started with acupuncture, then a healthy diet, Quantum Healing Technique, Body and Emotional code, Bio and classic geometry, crystal and sound healing, exercises from Tibet, and, of course, meditations. He meditates 2-3 times daily with different variations, activating the energy centers, hearth Chakra, and Merkabah (the light body). He works on manifestation and visualization techniques.
The health benefits have been amazing; he lost 26 pounds, feels great, and is in tune with his Akashic record.
Lazar now explores quantum jumping and leap techniques and has completed a quantum jump.
He uses feng shui both in his business and at home.
After these positive experiences, Lazar decided to spread the message and help humanity become aware of these practices. He set a mission to research and develop mindfulness and wellness and make it available to everyone. Zen Harmony Studio was created, and the rest is history.
